Selection of five ectomycorrhizal fungi Mycosphere soil bacterial communities

We used 16S rRNA sequencing technology to analyze the bacterial communities in the mycosphere and bulk soil of five ectomycorrhizal fungi, including Calvatia candida, Russula brevipes, Leucopaxillus laterarius, Leucopaxillus giganteus, and Lepista panaeola, collected in the Pangquangou Nature Reserve in Shanxi Province. And got some raw data.
