Supplementary material for Sharma et al. (2021) - Diversity

This zipped directory contains two folders ("MatrixA" and "MatrixB"), corresponding to datasets Matrix A and Matrix B, respectively, of ref. [42].
Within each directory, a folder exists for each of the artificial topologies created using Matrix A or Matrix B of ref. [42]. Names of folders correspond to topological constraints trialed. Files included in each subfolder are the constraint trees and the submatrices created for every topological constraint.
