SyntenyMapper - 25 species pairs

This data represents SyntenyMapper results for 25 species pairs, including input data from ENSEMBL Compara, SyntenyMapper output and, for some species, visualization. SyntenyMapper is a tool for highly accurate detection of micro-rearranged regions within macro-rearranged synteny regions. For each species pair, four files are present: species1-species2-orthologs-v73.filtered: ENSEMBL Compara orthology relationships for protein-coding genes species1-species2-synteny-v73: ENSEMBL Compara synteny regions species1-species2-output_synteny-v73: SyntenyMapper output, refined synteny regions including micro-rearrangements species1-species2-output_mapping-v73: SyntenyMapper output, one-to-one mapping of orthologous genes, including reference to refined synteny regions (optional) species1-species2-visualization.tar: SyntenyMapper visualization of all synteny regions for the species pair, as html files with clickable gene labels and png files. All ENSEMBL data is downloaded from version 73.
