Old System HIV Viral Load Dataset (Stata Format) – Tigray Health Research Institute, Ethiopia

This dataset contains HIV Viral Load (VL) test results recorded using the “Old System” — an Excel-based data compilation method used before the integration of the Laboratory Information System (LIS) at the Tigray Health Research Institute (THRI) in Tigray, Ethiopia. The data has since been converted into Stata format (.dta) for statistical analysis and research purposes. It includes manually collected records from various health facilities and laboratories, capturing information such as test date, anonymized patient identifiers, viral load result (copies/mL), sample type, and facility name.
