Microbial communities from Kongsfjorden sediments via shotgun sequencing

Sediments were collected from Kongsfjorden, Arctic and done pre-processing and metagenomic DNA extraction. After quality checking, sample was sent for shotgun sequencing in Illumina platform. Obtained metadata was uploaded in MGRAST server and retrieved all details regarding the taxonomic and functional profile of fjord microbes.
