Mechanical Characterization of Porcine Descending Thoracic Aorta under Combined Compression and Large-Amplitude Oscillatory Shear

This repository contains the raw data (csv files), all 50 fit plots (png files), the parameter figures (png), and the MATLAB scripts (.m) used for the parameterization and their outputs for the project entitled "Mechanical Characterization of Porcine Descending Thoracic Aorta under Combined Compression and Large-Amplitude Oscillatory Shear". The journal publication for this project is currently under peer review. The doi for this publication will be shown here if/when made available.
