This dataset contains the underlying data supporting the findings of the manuscript entitled “Differential In Vitro and In Vivo Responses of Akkermansia muciniphila to Odontosoria biflora (Kaulf.) C.Chr. [Lindsaeaceae] Hexane Extract in Diet- and Alloxan-Induced BALB/c Mice.” The dataset includes in vitro growth assay OD measurements, animal group outcome data, qPCR Ct values for Akkermansia muciniphila,LC-MS/MS metabolite peak tables, and proximate analysis results. The data were generated from controlled in vitro and in vivo experiments in BALB/c mice.
