We performed RNA sequencing of liver transcriptome from 12-week-old p40-/-IL-2Ralpha-/- (a mouse model of primary biliary cholangitis) and littermate p40-/-IL-2Ra+/- (control) mice. Liver samples were dissected from mice, flash frozen and stored at -80 degrees C. Total RNA was extracted using RNAiso Plus Reagent (TaKaRa). There were 2 groups: 1) p40-/-IL-2Ra+/- (control); 2) p40-/-IL-2Ralpha-/-. There were 3 samples per group (Total samples = 6).
