Supplementary data 5 - Cif gene phylogeny.zip

Supplementary dataset 5 of the associated manuscript. Contains the concatenated alignment of different <i>cifA </i>and <i>cifB</i> genes of the bacterial endosymbiont <i>Wolbachia pipientis</i>, as well as a newick-formatted phylogenetic tree. This data was used in generating Figure 5 of the associated manuscript, and includes phylogenetic analysis of the cif genes found in two <i>Wolbachia </i>strains within <i>Anopheles demeilloni</i> and <i>moucheti</i>. Methods used to generate this dataset follows Martinez <i>et al.</i> 2020.<br>
