Disease-signature reversal links pharmacological perturbations to JAK2-directed compound prioritization in active tuberculosis

This record contains supporting datasets associated with the manuscript “Disease-signature reversal links pharmacological perturbations to JAK2-directed compound prioritization in active tuberculosis.” The deposited files include the complete dataset corresponding to Supplementary Table S6, which contains the long-format normalized connectivity score output for CMap/CLUE-matched perturbagens, together with additional large analysis-generated datasets supporting the perturbation screening, compound-level evaluation, and prioritization reported in the manuscript. Supplementary Table S6 and the associated datasets are deposited in Zenodo because of their large file size and to facilitate access to the complete analysis outputs. Publicly available source transcriptomic datasets and their accession numbers are cited in the manuscript and are not redistributed in this record
