It's data and code for working paper "Human Capital Mobility under the Iron Curtain: International Student Network and International Sanction Network ", in which we think international sanction network has a negative impact on the international student network (ISN). We also reveal the direct effects and indirect spillover effects by counterfactual simulations.Data includes internatinoal student mobility, international sanction and other countries' attributes.
