资源简介:
Nitrogen addition and grazing are widely used management practices in grassland ecosystems and are known to influence the composition, diversity, and potential stability of soil microbial communities. However, the interactive mechanisms through which nitrogen enrichment and grazing disturbance jointly shape microbial communities remain unclear, especially in temperate desert grasslands. In this study, a field experiment was conducted in a temperate desert grassland in Xinjiang, China. By combining multiple levels of nitrogen addition with simulated grazing (mowing), we investigated microbial community responses under different management regimes. To ensure research transparency and reproducibility and to facilitate future comparative analyses, this study provides data support for an in-depth exploration of microbial community shifts under nitrogen enrichment and grazing disturbance, as well as for network-based ecological modeling.
