Phenotypic and start codon targeted (SCoT) polymorphism reveal genetic variation of C. bretshneideri and other hawthorn species (Crataegus spp.) originating from China

We submitted the paper “Phenotypic and start codon targeted (SCoT) polymorphism reveal genetic variation of C. bretshneideri and other hawthorn species (Crataegus spp.) originating from China”to Annals of Forest Science, and a comparative assessment of phenotypic and molecular evaluations was applied to explore genetic variation behind C. bretschnesideri and other Crataegus species for providing the basis for inter-specific relationship. Otherwise, five new  designed SCoT markers were effective applied in the study of Crataegus genetic diversity.
