Dataset supports the thesis entitled 'Tailored Polydimethylsiloxane Circuit Encapsulation for Washable and Mechanically-Deformable Proximity and Touch Sensing Electronic Textiles for Wearables and Beyond' by Olivia Ojuroye.Data collected from four experiments determining the length, width, area, and sensing capacitance of the external sensory electrode to be attached to the capacitive proximity and touch sensing circuit developed in this PhD. This dataset hold data from four different experiments and based on a commercially-available dual-functionally capacitive proximity and touch sensing bare die.
