Acanthamoeba lenticulata PT-14 Genome sequencing and assembly. Acanthamoeba lenticulata strain:PT-14

Acanthamoeba lenticulata PT-14 was collected from a water well in Southern Taiwan after a flood disaster caused by Typhoon Morakot. The goal of this study was to establish the genetic background of the Acanthamoeba lenticulata strain for the study of the interaction with its endosymbiotic microorganisms and the effect of climate change.
