Data and scripts for the analysis of Achoma landslide precursors

This repository contains data and scripts to run the analysis presented in the paper Dini, B., Lacroix, P., and Doin, M.-P.: Beyond and beneath displacement time series: towards InSAR-based early warnings and deformation analysis of the Achoma landslide, Peru, EGUsphere [preprint], https://doi.org/10.5194/egusphere-2025-1945, 2025. The README file found in this repository explains that the script corrected_stack_for_repository.py found here required another dataset to be found at this link: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17602759 However, the core analysis to be run with the script pattern_analysis_for_repository.py can be run using the already compiled stack of interferograms that is saved in this repository and is called corrected_stack_successive_int.npy
