Effect of hypoosmolarity on archaeal ammonia oxidation

This project investigates the effects of hypoosmolarity on ammonia-oxidizing microorganisms in soils, lakes, and pure culture, through community and transcriptomic analyses. The results highlight the contrasting responses of AOA and AOB to low-salinity stress.
