BCR repertoire analysis was peformed by using Archer Immunoverse HS BCR IGJ,K,L kit (Invitae, CO, U.S.A.). High throughput sequencing was performed for samples with 20% PhiX control (Illumina) using a NextSeq 500/550 Mid Output Kit v2.5 (Illumina, CA, U.S.A; 300 cycles, 150/150 cycles, paired end).
