GenBank Accession Numbers of Higher variability of bacterial communities across space than over time in Antarctic lakes, and contrasting assembly processes

This dataset contains the GenBank accession numbers for BioSamples and SRA of raw sequences extracted from 165 water and sediment samples was collected from 11 lakes , as part of the BioProject PRJNA1266680. Information on collection date, locality, latitude, longitude, isolation source, depth, and position within the lake is also included.
