Daily CO2 fluxes from European terrestrial ecosystems estimated by the LPJ-GUESS model (Version 1.2)

Daily estimates of CO2 fluxes (gross primary production, heterotrophic respiration, and net biosphere production) from European terrestrial ecosystems were simulated using the LPJ-GUESS model for the period 1990 to 2022. The gridded fluxes are available at a resolution of 0.125° × 0.125° and include aggregated CO2 fluxes from natural vegetation, managed forests, pastures, and croplands.
