Regnase-1 contributes to the cancer stem-like phenotype and post-tumorigenic growth in non-small cell lung cancer

To examine the function of Regnase-1 in non-small cell lung cancer, we compared mRNA expression between WT and ZC3H12A knockout cells using two different non-small cell lung cancer cell lines. Overall design: ZC3H12A knockout cells were constructed in A549 and H2023 cells. Cells were grown in normal culture condition for 3days (Parent) or stem cell enriched culture condtion for 7days (Oncosphere), and then cells were harvested for RNA purification.
