These are the raw data sets used to analyze Actin Transport by growing microtubules. Each dataset contains time-lapse videos for 3 different fluorescent channels (see README file). <br><br>The videos were recorded with a framerate of 3/s, at a TIRF microscope with 0.158 um/pixel.<br>Data used for "Cross-linkers at growing microtubule ends generate forces that drive actin transport".
