Actin Transport - Raw data

These are the raw data sets used to analyze Actin Transport by growing microtubules. Each dataset contains time-lapse videos for 3 different fluorescent channels (see README file). <br><br>The videos were recorded with a framerate of 3/s, at a TIRF microscope with 0.158 um/pixel.<br>Data used for "Cross-linkers at growing microtubule ends generate forces that drive actin transport".本数据集为通过生长中的微管分析肌动蛋白运输的原始实验数据。每个数据集包含3个不同荧光通道的延时成像视频（详见README文件）。 该系列视频采用帧率为3帧/秒的全内反射荧光显微镜（Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence Microscope, TIRF）录制，像素尺寸为0.158 μm/像素。 本数据集为论文《生长中的微管末端交联蛋白产生驱动力以驱动肌动蛋白运输》所使用的实验数据。
