Instructions for Reproducing the Map ResultsTo fully replicate the map results presented in the manuscript, please follow the R scripts in the order they are numbered (from 1 to 4). While the analyses may take some time to complete, they are designed to reproduce all results as shown in the manuscript.For best performance and easier replication, it is recommended to open the associated .Rproj file first and then run each script sequentially.Note: Script 0 contains all custom functions used throughout the analyses.
