Supporting data and R code

Contains the data (.csv) and R code for the analysis of inbreeding depression in juvenile survival, adult survival, yearling body mass, and annual reproductive success. Additionally it contains the genotyping data, microsatellite error rates, pedigree underlying these analyses, as well as code to assess heterozygosity bias in a pedigree generated by MasterBayes. Finally the R code to assess the effect of marker number and local effects on male annual reproductive success is also provided.
