车辆行车制动性能是汽车安全行驶的关键因素之一,它直接反映了车辆制动的实际效果,是衡量汽车安全性的重要技术指标。本数据包含了车辆检验的多个维度,包括车牌号、车辆类型、检验类别、各轴静态轴(轮)荷、行车制动率、检测结果等,这些信息在保险公司和二手车交易领域具有潜在的应用价值:例如,如果车辆在制动性或其它安全相关项目上不合格,可能表明车辆存在安全隐患,不合格的车辆可能更有可能发生事故,保险公司可以利用这些数据来分析索赔模式。1、数据采集:采集机动车一定时间段的检测数据,涵盖车辆基本信息及各轴静态轴(轮)荷等。 2、数据处理:四个关键指标:整车行车制动率、各轴制动率、不平衡率和驻车制动率。若整车行车制动率<标准值或各轴制动率<标准值或各轴不平衡率>标准值或驻车制动率<标准值,则车辆行车制动性能判定为不合格。具体算法如下: ①整车行车制动率 = 整车最大行车制动力 ÷ 整车轮荷 ÷0.98,当整车行车制动率<60% 时不合格。 ②各轴制动率,以一轴为例,一轴行车制动率 =(一轴左最大行车制动力 + 一轴右最大行车制动力)÷(静态轮荷一轴左 + 静态轮荷一轴右)÷0.98,其他轴类似。一轴行车制动率<60%、二轴行车制动率<50% 时,对应轴制动率不合格。 ③不平衡率: 当后轴制动力≥该轴轴荷 ×60% 时: 不平衡率 =[(制动力增长中同时刻左、右轮制动力差最大值)÷(左、右车轮最大制动力中的大值)]÷0.98 当后轴制动力<该轴轴荷 ×60% 时: 不平衡率 =[(制动力增长中同时刻左、右轮制动力差最大值)÷ 该轴轴荷]÷0.98,一轴不平衡率>25%、二轴不平衡率>30% 时,不平衡率不合格。 ④驻车制动率=驻车制动力÷(静态轮荷一轴左+静态轮荷一轴右+静态轮荷二轴左+静态轮荷二轴右)÷0.98,驻车制动率<20% 时不合格。 3.数据应用:通过检测数据分析研判,可以判断在用机动车行车制动性能是否合格,为安全监管和车辆管理提供数据支持。

Data Processing: Four key indicators are involved: total vehicle service brake rate, axle-specific brake rate, unbalance rate, and parking brake rate. The service braking performance of the vehicle is judged as unqualified if the total vehicle service brake rate is lower than the standard value, or the axle-specific brake rate is lower than the standard value, or the axle-specific unbalance rate is higher than the standard value, or the parking brake rate is lower than the standard value. The specific calculation formulas are as follows: ① Total vehicle service brake rate = (maximum total vehicle service braking force) ÷ (total vehicle wheel load) ÷ 0.98. The vehicle is deemed unqualified when the total vehicle service brake rate is less than 60%. ② Axle-specific brake rate: Take the first axle as an example. The service brake rate of the first axle = (maximum left service braking force of the first axle + maximum right service braking force of the first axle) ÷ (static wheel load of left first axle + static wheel load of right first axle) ÷ 0.98. The same applies to other axles. The brake rate of the corresponding axle is unqualified when the service brake rate of the first axle is less than 60% or the service brake rate of the second axle is less than 50%. ③ Unbalance rate: When the braking force of the rear axle ≥ 60% of the axle's static axle load: Unbalance rate = [maximum difference of left and right wheel braking forces at the same moment during braking force build-up ÷ the larger value of the maximum left and right wheel braking forces] ÷ 0.98 When the braking force of the rear axle < 60% of the axle's static axle load: Unbalance rate = [maximum difference of left and right wheel braking forces at the same moment during braking force build-up ÷ the static axle load of the axle] ÷ 0.98 The unbalance rate is unqualified when the unbalance rate of the first axle exceeds 25% or the unbalance rate of the second axle exceeds 30%. ④ Parking brake rate = (parking braking force) ÷ (static wheel load of left first axle + static wheel load of right first axle + static wheel load of left second axle + static wheel load of right second axle) ÷ 0.98. The vehicle is deemed unqualified when the parking brake rate is less than 20%. 3. Data Application: Through analysis and evaluation of inspection data, it is possible to judge whether the service braking performance of in-use motor vehicles is qualified, providing data support for safety supervision and vehicle management.
