The LncRNA promotes vessel co-option mediated antiagiogenic therapies (AATs) resistance

To identify the lncRNAs that may participate in antiangiogenic therapy (AAT) resistance, the bevacizumab-resistant HCT116 CRCLM xenografts were established. Overall design: We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of bevacizumab-sensitive HCT116 CRCLM and bevacizumab-resistant HCT116 CRCLM xenografts tissues.
