This study investigates the effects of radiotherapy on prostate cancer patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models, with a focus on immune response modulation in the context of SPOP wild-type (WT) versus SPOP F133L-mutant tumors. By leveraging PDX models that closely recapitulate human prostate cancer heterogeneity, this research aims to evaluate radiation-induced changes in tumor sensitivity and the tumor-immune microenvironment. The comparison between SPOP WT and F133L-mutant models will provide critical insights into how genetic background influences radiotherapy efficacy and immune activation.
