Data were collected between 2004 and 2009 (values within brackets represent the percentage for males relative to the total number of faeces found in each study area and species). For jaguars, the number of different males and females identified is shown (values within brackets represent the percentage of males relative to the total number of individuals identified).*No female faeces could be genotyped in these areas, but given that between one and three female faeces were found, one female was asigned to these areas.
