Reconstruction of complex vascular networks: Bionic penile corpus cavernosum

The purpose of conducting transcriptome research in this project is to explore the level of inflammatory response of the graft at the site of corpus cavernosum defect and the influence of the graft on vascularization and tissue regeneration. This experiment is divided into five groups, namely implantation A group , defect group, normal group, implantation B group, and ECs+ implantation group （n=3）. Among them, implantation A group , defect group, normal group are compared and analyzed pairwise, while implantation B group, and ECs+ implantation group are compared and analyzed.
