资源简介:
Ultrasound elastography has become an important non-invasive imaging technique for the assessment of structural and functional alterations in hepatic tissue. This method is based on evaluating the biomechanical characteristics of biological tissues, primarily their elasticity and stiffness, which closely reflect morphological modifications associated with different liver pathologies. The morphological concept underlying ultrasound elastography links architectural changes in hepatic parenchyma with measurable biomechanical parameters obtained through elastographic imaging. This thesis analyzes the structural basis of elastographic visualization of the liver, emphasizing the relationship between tissue organization, fibrogenesis, inflammatory activity, and variations in mechanical stiffness. A deeper understanding of the morphological determinants that influence liver elasticity can significantly improve diagnostic precision and broaden the clinical use of elastography in hepatological practice.
