A Chromosome-level, haplotype resolved assembly for the barn owl (Tyto alba) - Numerical Data

This repository contains the numerical data and source files underlying Figures 1-4 and Supplementary Figures S1-S8 of the manuscript: "A chromosome‑level, haplotype‑resolved assembly for the barn owl (Tyto alba)" - Corval et al. 2026 (https://doi.org/10.64898/2026.03.20.713190). The dataset includes the tables, genomic annotations, sequence alignments, repeat annotations, Hi-C contact matrices, BlobToolKit outputs, genome feature summaries, and other intermediate files used to generate the figures presented in the manuscript. Original fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) images are also provided. Data are organized by figure number (Figure_1 to Figure_4 and Figure_S1 to Figure_S8), allowing direct association between each figure and its corresponding source data.
