c-count_data

The folder `c-count_data` contains the training dataset used in the manuscript, which is a combination of dataset A and F. A is fetal liver based, and F is bone marrow based. For details please see Table1 in the manuscript. The folder example_images contains microscopic images for two plates from dataset B, an evaluation dataset based on fetal liver. The raw image files are under `example_images/B_Fetal_Liver/czi` Scientist m1 labeled these two scenes twice, once in Dec. 2024 and once in March 2025. An example of first round of labeling is saved in `label_img1`, the second round labeling saved in `label_img2`
