RESEARCH ON THE TECHNOLOGY OF SUKAT PRODUCTION FROM LOCAL RAW MATERIALS

This article is devoted to the study of the technology of sukat production from local raw materials. The main focus of the study was on the economic efficiency and environmental sustainability of local resources. The article analyzes in detail various types of raw materials, their preparation and processing processes, as well as technological methods used to improve the quality of sukat. As a result of experimental work, effective technological measures for the production of sukat from local raw materials were identified and optimal parameters were recommended. The results of the study can serve as practical guidelines for Uzbek manufacturers. At the same time, it was shown that this technology is promising in terms of environmental safety and resource conservation. The article highlights the opportunities for the development of industrial production with local raw materials.
