资源简介:
Jacaranda copaia (JACO) and Handroanthus guayacan (HAGU) (family: Bignoniaceae) are two widespread Neotropical trees that have featured prominently in ecological studies. Both species are also useful for landscape-scale, spatial ecological genomic research because individual organisms and certain phenotypes can be mapped and monitored across landscapes using remote sensing approaches and because both species have relatively small, diploid genomes. To facilitate these types of studies, we assembled de novo genomes of both species by combining Illumina short read data with in vitro proximity-litigation (Chicago) libraries.
