The expression of DECs were verified by droplet digital PCR. In addition, we constructed a putative circRNA-miRNA-mRNA network, and performed Gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analyses to predict the function of the DECs.
