Brain-wide spiral waves dataset from Ye et al. 2023 - part1/3

Raw and processed data for Ye et al 2023 - part1/3.<br>Part1/3 contains all data except [2/3 widefield+ephys data] and [3/3 task data].All other data are in separate figshare repositories (part2/3) here and (part3/3) here.In total, 3 parts together require 71GB disk space after unzipping.<br>After downloading and unzipping both repositories, place all 7 subfolders (axons, ephys, revision, spirals, spirals_mirror, tables, ephys, task) under a root data folder. The companion code below will look for data inputs from these 7 subfolders, after specifying the root data folder.<br>Companion code and description is here.<br><br>
