Transcriptome analysis in XACT deleted female human pluripotent stem cells

In this study, we generated female human pluripotent stem cells with the deletion of large non-coding RNA XACT specifically expressed in human pluripotent stem cells. We obtained heterogenous knock out and compound null clones. In order to examine, the effect of XACT on X-linked genes expression states, we carried out allele specific expression analysis. Overall design: Using CRISPR-Cas9 system, about 400Kb XACT gene regions are depleted in female human iPS cell (HPS002).
