Individualized immune transcriptome analysis were successfully constructed through expression profiling of a total of immune genes in uveal melanoma tumors. In the study presented here, a cohort of 4 primary Uvea Melanoma (pUM) tumors and 6 metastatic Uveal Melanoma tumors (mUM) all with loss of BAP1 expression were used to acquire expression profiles of a total of 737 immune genes leading to the successful correlation analysis and construction of supervised and unsupervised transcriptome analysis.
