Logan City As-Constructed Plans App

The drainage plans online dataset contains Logan City Council domestic and commercial “As Constructed” records (below ground sanitary drainage) information per property. The data base does not contain As Constructed records for stormwater drainage installed on residential dwellings (domestic) and commercial buildings. <br />The dataset’s is updated nightly, however some properties may not have As Constructed Drainage plan records available. Customers can contact Council’s Plumbing Services team on <b>3412 3412 </b>or email <a href='mailto:[e-mail]'>[e-mail]</a> if there is no record available. A Plumbing Services officer will investigate the enquiry when no record is available and contact the customer within 2 business days upon completion of an internal investigation into the property. Customers will be notified if there is no record available. Suggestions about how to proceed with acquiring installed below ground sanitary drainage information when a record is not available are listed within Council’s Drainage Plans Online Fact Sheet.
