The present utility model discloses a process of producing coconut petiole tile which includes: cutting of coconut stalk in 12"x 1" x 4/5 " dimension; placing two flat bars of coconut stalk in engineering vice; extracting of excess water of the coconut stalk; drying of coconut stalk in an oven for 4 hours in 160 ??C - 170 ??C ; removing of the coconut stalk from the oven dryer; cutting of the coconut stalk into 12" x 1" x 0.5-0.6" size; planing of the coconut stlak using using sand paper; applying of antitermite solution to the coconut stalk; aligning of the coconut stalk; binding of the coconut stalk using wood glue; drying of the coconut stalk for 24 hours at room temperature; sandering of the coconut stalk tiles; spreading sanding filler in between each coconut stalk; appIying varnish to the coconut stalk tiles.
