资源简介:
In vitro embryo production is being used to genetically improve livestock, including cattle and buffalo; however, there is a need for further optimisation of this technique. Embryos exhibit variable developmental kinetics during in vitro culture. Therefore, it is crucial to identify their developmental potential and the underlying biological mechanisms. So, the goal was transcriptomic profiling of fast-developing (Day 5) and slow-developing (Day 7) embryos.
