高速公路安全生产智能监测模型数据集是通过施工安全生产隐患监测预警平台采集高速公路实施现场的风险数据为基础,将定性、半定量与定量风险评估技术相结合,构建适用于高速公路施工作业中安全生产隐患识别的检测模型数据集。定期采集施工现场数据进行清洗加工、数据标注,分为人员管理类、高处作业风险、起重机械作业风险、动火作业风险、安全帽风险、相机跟踪等多个任务训练样本,开展模型预训练、有监督微调,根据模型评估结果调整数据、模型或训练参数,形成高速公路安全生产智能监测模型数据集。通过该数据集能够识别施工过程中存在的安全隐患和质量问题,运用AI技术代替人力监管,实时监测施工现场,实现安全隐患早发现、早报警、隐患处置闭环管理的目标,保障施工人员的生命财产安全,实现施工现场复杂场景的图像高层视觉内容理解和语义级隐患识别;实现精准、高效、可解释、高泛化性的跨模态安全管理智能问答;智能辅助安全检查、隐患整改、应急处置、安全培训和安全考核,助力企业安全管理科学化、智能化、规范化。
The dataset for the intelligent safety monitoring model of highway construction work safety is developed based on risk data collected from highway construction sites via the construction safety hazard monitoring and early warning platform. By combining qualitative, semi-quantitative and quantitative risk assessment technologies, it is constructed as a detection model dataset tailored for safety hazard identification during highway construction operations. Regularly collected construction site data are cleaned, preprocessed and annotated, then divided into multiple task training samples including personnel management, high-altitude operation risks, lifting machinery operation risks, hot work risks, helmet safety risks, camera tracking and other categories. Model pre-training and supervised fine-tuning are then carried out, with adjustments made to the data, models or training parameters based on model evaluation results, to finally form the finalized dataset for the intelligent safety monitoring model of highway construction work safety. This dataset can identify potential safety hazards and quality problems during construction, replace manual supervision with AI technologies to conduct real-time monitoring of construction sites, and achieve the goals of early detection and early warning of safety hazards as well as closed-loop management of hazard disposal, thereby protecting the lives and property of construction workers. It enables high-level visual content understanding of images from complex construction site scenarios and semantic-level hazard recognition; realizes accurate, efficient, interpretable and highly generalizable cross-modal intelligent question answering for safety management; and provides intelligent assistance for safety inspections, hazard rectification, emergency response, safety training and safety assessment, helping enterprises realize scientific, intelligent and standardized safety management.
