RNA-sequence analysis of CD3+ T cells purified from spleens in C57BL/6 recipient mice.

To investigate the dynamic expression of mRNAs in the regulation of acute cardiac allograft rejection, we isolated CD3+ T cells purified from spleens in C57BL/6 recipient mice. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of CD3+ T cells purified from spleens in C57BL/6 recipient mice.
