Location and time of 2534 DCI events identified in the North China area during JJA of 2017-2019

This dataset provides the location and time of the 2534 deep convection initiation (DCI) events occurring in the North China area during the summer season (June, July, and August) of 2017 to 2019. The dataset was collected by an automatic DCI identification method using the Himawari-8 satellite infrared data (5 km, 10 minutes)
