资源简介:
This dataset contains urban data from Shanghai collected in 2023, focusing on the influence of transit-oriented development (TOD) built environments on housing prices. It includes spatial and temporal data on transportation infrastructure, land-use diversity, socio-economic factors, and housing price indicators. The data is structured to facilitate the analysis of the spatial and non-linear relationships between TOD features and housing price formation across different areas in Shanghai.
The dataset contains the following key variables:
Station ID: Unique identifier for each TOD station in Shanghai.
TOD Type: Classification of the station into one of the five TOD typologies (e.g., Urban Center, Urban General, Urban Community, Rural General, Rural Community).
Network Depth: A measure of the distance between a TOD station and the other stations in the network, indicating the connectivity of the station.
Network Closeness Centrality: A metric of how accessible a station is within the broader transportation network, reflecting its importance in the network.
Junction Density: The density of road intersections in the vicinity of the TOD station, reflecting the transportation network's complexity.
POI Density: The density of Points of Interest (POIs) around the TOD station, indicating the availability of services and amenities.
Entropy of Mixing Index: A measure of land-use diversity in the area surrounding the TOD station.
Plot Ratio: The ratio of built-up area to land area in the TOD area, indicating the density of development.
Traffic Accessibility: A measure of how easily residents can access transportation networks from the TOD station.
Facility Accessibility: The ease of access to essential facilities such as schools, hospitals, and commercial areas.
Population Density: The number of people per unit area within the TOD service radius.
Housing Price: The average residential property price within the catchment area of the TOD station.
Geographical Scope:
The dataset covers 341 TOD stations across the urban and suburban areas of Shanghai.
Temporal Scope:
Data collected in 2023, capturing both the static built environment features and dynamic socio-economic changes in the city.
