A Multimodal Microscopy Dataset for Woven GFRP/PP Composites This dataset gathers multimodal microscopy data acquired on woven glass-fibre-reinforced polypropylene (GFRP/PP) composites processed at three controlled compaction ratios: 0%, 30% and 41%. For each compaction level, extensive-field microstructures were prepared using a fluorescent-enriched mounting resin and a polishing route consistent with the associated research article. The microstructures were imaged with three complementary techniques: Fluorescence Light Microscopy (FLM), Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Because the regions of interest are relatively large at the selected magnifications (approximately ×80 for FLM/PLM and ×200 for SEM), image acquisition was performed using mosaics of overlapping tiles. These tiles were stitched into extended-field views, which serve as a common 2D reference frame for comparing impregnation quality and porosity across compaction ratios. The dataset is organized in three main blocks: 1. Extended-field multimodal images 2. Bundle-scale crops and binary masks for 0° bundles 3.
