Uropathogens and Antimicrobial Susceptibility Trends in Ghana (2019-2022).

This data was collected from the Greater Accra Regional Hospital in Accra, Ghana with the aim to assess the burden and trends of UTIs, explore variations in prevalence across age groups and months, and evaluate the distribution and antimicrobial susceptibility patterns of these uropathogens to provide evidence-based insights for improving clinical and public health interventions.
