This data was created from a randomized study conducted using two on-station trials in order to evaluate the effects of various soil mulching and soil nutrient management on SOC and its fraction (i.e., Hot-water extractable C – HWEOC, permanganate oxidizable C – POXC and soil enzyme activities (i.e., β-glucosidase, and Phosphatase). Data was collected through three cropping seasons between 2018 and 2019. This dataset was collected through research of the project "Integrated Horticulture Livestock Systems" lead by Kansas State University, in partnership with the Royal University of Agriculture, the University of Battambang, and ADDA, as a part of the Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Horticulture.
