This code contains the necessary functions used to create the GUI to view the the earthquake data related to 7 events: The 2019 Ridgecrest Earthquakes [M5.47, M6.48, & M7.06] AND The 2023 Kahranmanmaras Earthquakes [M6.37 Yayladagi, M6.81 Nurdagi, M7.74 Elbistan, & M7.81 Pazarcik]. The code allows for a spatial view of all the stations that recorded each event as well the range of values associated with each intensity measure provided (113 Psuedo Spectral Intensity measures; PGV, PGA, af PSA for T = 0.01 - 20 seconds). Also included are the event hypocenters locations and, for some, the fault traces and/or falt area projections. This is provided on a map that is defaulted to a Google Terrain background to elucidate basin and non-basin areas. In addition, distance ranges around the earthquake event hypocenter is provided. The Jupyter Notebook GMIV Viewer can be opened via the DesignSafe virtual instance of Jupyter Notebook. All that is needed is to search for the project number (PRJ-4608) in the Jupyter Notebook directory. The data compiled for this project was sourced from the following references: Ahdi, S.
